Our Mission Statement

Sew Chateaux is a destination shop for your sewing, decorating, fine crafting and gift needs. Our goal is to provide a warm, inviting, inspirational space where we can feel inspired, find a keepsake, enjoy opportunities to be present, with gratitude for each of our individual journeys, where we can create heirlooms together that can be cherished by loved ones for generations.

Our inspiration comes mostly from Western European romantic, seasonal traditions and classical design elements, drawn from French, English, Celtic, German and Scandinavian roots. Though you will find North America, New England and some native influences too. We also look forward to continuing to draw inspiration from artists and designers, old and new, local and afar.

SPECIAL SHOP HOP HOURS

To help accommodate travelers during the Maine Shop Hop month of April and the New England Shop Hop months of September and October we will be open on Sundays, 10-4. Closed on Mondays Tuesdays.

We hope you stop in and visit us at our brick-and-mortar location in the heart of Lisbon Falls, halfway between the Lewiston Turnpike exit and the Topsham 295 exit, on route 196. We are on the first floor of the nostalgic brick Ancient York Lodge, right on the corner of route 196 & Oak Street.
